TROLLS

Trolls are like batteries, give them attention and you charge them up making them last longer. There are two different types of trolls:

“Show us your tits” trolls = perm ban
Edgy troll comment made by a regular or community member = timeout / warning

If you perm ban any “show us your tits” trolls please refrain from taunting them in the chatbox. Nothing stops them from creating 2nd, 3rd, 4th accounts to keep coming back. We use the term “clean and sweep” as an acknowledgement of this.

Moderators must be active so that they know who the community members, regular visitors and random people are to the channel. If you’re unsure contact another moderator. We leave it to your discretion on how long the timeout or what warning to give. Use whispers to explain the ban reason. Please feel free to bring an escalation to our attention.

CLIPS AND HIGHLIGHTING

By making Clips Row and I are able to use cool clipped moments in our tweets. Please make as many as you can.

Highlighting is important as we use them to make compilation Youtube videos. We have created a highlight time stamping system so mods can quickly time stamp cool moments by typing !highlight description. Please make as many as you can.

PASSWORD EVENTS

Community Thursdays will include password events. Subscribers are given the password a head of time in the submail and Discord subscribers-only section on discord. Moderators are only allowed to hand the password out to channel subscribers and community members. New viewers will receive the password directly from us.

QUALITY CONTROL

We have setup the near perfect double vision 60fps setup however like every stream, we cannot see the end result after it enters the Twitch servers. We ask that our moderators watch both the video and the chat and inform us by any means necessary should there be any technical issues. Best method of contact is using either twitch whispers or steam. Typical issues to look out for is video stuttering and audio levels. Videos stutters can be caused by an issue with the Twitch server we’re connected to or an issue with OBS. Audio levels are connected with OBS.
