VOODOO RANGER FEBRUARY 2021 REPORT

Promoting Voodoo Ranger was an absolute thrilling pleasure and our viewers loved engaging with the campaign, even creating some new channel memes. Also what these stats can’t show, is the amount of fun we all had on discord web cams with Voodoo Ranger beers while playing games and watching films after stream!

On our Twitch platform we placed the Voodoo Ranger logo on screen with the giveaway panel below our live stream player and a chatbox timer of “๐Ÿบ YOU LIKE BEER? Check out this months BEER sponsor – Voodoo Ranger blueandqueenie.com/voodooranger” being sent every 8 minutes. Altogether the Voodoo Ranger assets were on display throughout our February Twitch coverage of 1.84M minutes watched with 293,729 live viewers and an average of 217 viewers.

We placed 28 shout out posts across our social media platforms with our Twitter posts generating 135,802 impressions and drawing an average of 102 likes per post. An extremely successful result with Twitters current algorithm against #ad, external links and alcoholic beverages. We noticed the problem and created 2 paid promotional tweets to counter act the negative algorithm. The giveaway was effected by the negative social media algorithm but after research we now understand not to use certain key words like “beer” in the posts description. The winner of the giveaway was Rebecca “Becsters” Evans from Hertfordshire, UK. She posted a thank you tweet after receiving her prize!

We spoke about Voodoo Ranger and our merch and beer bundle giveaway for each of our February streams but there were several extended showcase sessions where we solely focused the stream onto Voodoo Ranger at length. Our ‘laid back Fridays’ just chatting sessions went really well. The viewers laughed at Queenie’s beer pouring skills and on Friday 12th we published a series of social media content where we unboxed our Voodoo Ranger goodies and gift box sets on stream.

Throughout the 30-day campaign we placed Voodoo Ranger call to actions across our social media network, website pages and our Twitch channel.

We had a lot of fun taking photos of all the Voodoo Ranger cans with our Sigma 30mm F1.4 lens. The photos and videos came out really well and became one of the top rated tweets to gain the most impressions. We also created some silly content and a hosted a bad film night with beers for our community. To help promote the campaign across our Twitch channel, we placed an on screen logo, panel and a 8min chat timer while shouting out Voodoo Ranger’s store each stream of February.
